Client Demand Confirmation

First, our sourcing team communicates closely with the client to clarify detailed product requirements, including product specifications, materials, quantity, target price, packaging, logo, delivery time, certification needs, and destination port. We collect all details and confirm with the client to form an official inquiry sheet & requirement document.

2. Supplier & Factory Screening

Based on client needs, we select qualified, reliable factories from our verified supplier database. We filter factories by production capacity, quality system, export experience, certification (CE, FCC, ISO, etc.), and price competitiveness. We provide the client with a shortlist of 3–5 recommended factories for confirmation.

3. Factory Evaluation & On-Site Visit

We arrange factory audits and on-site inspections to check production lines, workshop environment, quality control system, sample room, and labor conditions. If needed, we accompany the client to visit factories in person for face-to-face communication.

4. Sample Confirmation

Factories provide pre-production samples for testing and approval. We check samples carefully and send them to the client for final confirmation. Only after the client approves the samples can mass production start.

5. Price Negotiation & Order Contract

We negotiate the best unit price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, and warranty with factories on behalf of the client. After reaching an agreement, we draft a formal purchase contract (PO) and have both the client and factory sign it to ensure legal protection.

6. Mass Production Follow-Up

We supervise the whole production process, conduct mid-production inspection, and update the client with production progress, photos, and videos regularly. We ensure the factory follows the approved sample and production schedule strictly.

7. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

Before loading, we arrange a full inspection of finished goods to check quantity, appearance, function, packaging, labeling, and safety. Only goods passing inspection are allowed to be shipped.

8. Mixed Cargo Consolidation & Container Loading

For clients with multiple items or suppliers, we provide consolidation service — collect goods from different factories to our warehouse, check mixed items, arrange palletizing, and supervise container loading to ensure safe and stable loading.

9. Shipment Arrangement & Documentation

We arrange sea/air/express shipment, book space with the forwarder, prepare all customs documents including packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc. We track the whole logistics until goods arrive at the destination port.

10. Delivery & After-Sales Service

We send full set of shipping documents to the client for customs clearance. After the client receives goods, we follow up with usage feedback and provide after-sales support for quality issues, replacements, or reorders.
